There are Two parts to St. Petersburg, the downtown cultural district and St. Pete’s Beach. The beach is joined by causeways to Treasure Island and Madiera Beach. There is every type of water sport for you to enjoy from, Para-sailing, Dolphin sighting boat trips, wave runners and much more.
St Petes is also home of the famous Don CeSar Beach Resort, also known as “The Pink Palace”, a wonderfully designed hotel built in the 1920’s. Once frequented by many famous people such as F. Scott Fitzgerald and Al Capone. It is not difficult to miss being decorated in vivid Pink with White trim.
